I should have read reviews ahead of seeking care at this location. Dr Kiley was short, rude, not compassionate. Her bedside manner is disgusting and dismissive. I made an early apt for a pregnancy knowing that I have HG (google it). She was incredibly negligent telling me this was a normal part of pregnancy and giving me Zofran which I had already mentioned did not work for my last hg pregnancy. I had mentioned that I was in for infusions throughout my entire pregnancy and that we needed to be ready to have them ordered. I c... read more
Do not recommend here never. Poor communication and lies. I signed a release of information thru my new doctor to get my stuff and I called them they took the info and said they look into it and in the my chart they lie and say you hung up on them n says to sign a release I did that they sent past stuff to the new place but not the most recent ultrasound that I needed sent only
Very kind and friendly doctors and nurses. I had a very enjoyable experience there with my 5th pregnancy.
I would rate one star if it wasn’t for the very kind ultrasound tech and nurse whom assisted me prior to seeing one of the OB Dr’s. I was not impressed and sadly disappointed with Dr. Ferik. Lacked professionalism and felt very rushed after waiting over an hour to be seen. This provider also seemed to be confused as to why I was even there in the first place. I'm not sure what it is, but the girls at the front desk definitely leave something to be desired. (Jessica and Clarissa, They're.BOTH abrupt, brisk, and quick, often telling you that they'll try to get a message to Dr. Kylie. However, trying to get a message to the doctor is not acceptable; the message needs to be given. I've unfortunately been on the receiving end of them not getting orders to her nurse or to herself.
