Failed to give me details of my own pregnancy which could have ended my pregnancy. Inconsiderate. When I called to ask about a transfer of care, I got told someone would call me back to see why I wanted a transfer of care, which is none of their business, not how to do it and hung up on. Seriously do not recommend going for Prenatal care.
When dr ferik made appointment new dr advices no sure available be there with no other dr and they canceled and they offered make another declined as got same response I will go sparrow where they care patients
Where do I even start? I’ve been a HAPPY McLaren pt for years but once I got pregnant and came to this specific clinic, that changed. The front desk staff is ALWAYS rude especially Jessica. And good luck if you even get them to answer, I basically have to harass them to get someone to pickup. My pregnancy appts here absolutely lack bedside manner and compassion. I should have read reviews ahead of seeking care at this location. Dr Kiley was short, rude, not compassionate. Her bedside manner is disgusting and dismissive. I made an early apt for a pregnancy knowing that I have HG (google it). She was incredibly negligent telling me this was a normal part of pregnancy and giving me Zofran which I had already mentioned did not work for my last hg pregnancy. Do not recommend here never. Poor communication and lies. I signed a release of information thru my new doctor to get my stuff and I called them they took the info and said they look into it and in the my chart they lie and say you hung up on them n says to sign a release I did that they sent past stuff to the new place but not the most recent ultrasound that I needed sent only
