I would rate one star if it wasn’t for the very kind ultrasound tech and nurse whom assisted me prior to seeing one of the OB Dr’s. I was not impressed and sadly disappointed with Dr. Ferik. Lacked professionalism and felt very rushed after waiting over an hour to be seen. This provider also seemed to be confused as to why I was even there in the first place. I'm not sure what it is, but the girls at the front desk definitely leave something to be desired. (Jessica and Clarissa, They're.BOTH abrupt, brisk, and quick, often telling you that they'll try to get a message to Dr. Kylie. However, trying to get a message to the doctor is not acceptable; the message needs to be given. I've unfortunately been on the receiving end of them not getting orders to her nurse or to herself. I’m writing this review a few years after going to this office because I still think about the awful bedside manner I experienced to this day. I came in with a concern and Dr Kiley was brisk, practically disgusted with my concern and then proceeded to lose my biopsy and then did not have any follow up. Please go anywhere else for your care.
Unprofessional, rushed, left feeling judged for having 3 pregnancies to close together, two of the doctors opened the door during a personal exam, felt as if none of the doctors actually sat down to listen (Betty excluded). Please be warned both doctors Dr. F and most recently Dr. Kiley did my C-sections, the 1st was not the best had alot of scar tissue although it was an emergency C-section.
