I went here in extreme pain, brought in by paramedics. The pain was so bad I needed to be sure it wasn’t neurological or heart related. I got there and during the assessment of my vitals, I spasmd and cried out in pain. The nurse was visibly upset and demanded I get in a wheel chair and go out to the patient waiting area. Having fainted earlier from the pain I was concerned there would be no one to monitor or even know if I fainted again. I discharged myself and my spouse carried me to another ER. This is the worst emergency room I've ever experienced. My mom was brought in by ambulance for suspected heart attack and after determining it was not active cardiac arrest they sent her out to a waiting room filled with people!? Upon entering I had to walk through a metal detector and be wanded down before being able to speak with my mom. We've been waiting hours so far and nothing. No help from nurses, no fluids, nothing. I'm moments from putting her in my truck and driving her to a proper facility.
Would not really recommend. Western medicine sucks but seriously. They got us in a room fast and it took hours for the nurse to come in. They wouldn't even bring water. All of the nurses in the lobby were ordering food and chatting. I understand they may have been on break but it's ridiculous. Talk about Colorado when you get home. Tend your patients. Extra star for the nurse who picked up an hour slot for my friend- he was attentive and very kind.
Worst ER experience ive ever had, the only way im EVER going back is if im dead, or in an ambulance with blood spraying out of me. Pretty sure thats the only thing that would cause any of these Healthcare "professionals" to care about what's going on. If I could give 0 stars I would. Fire the entire staff, hire people that care for others, have a sense of urgency, and that dont treat emergencies like annoyances and an inconvenience to them. If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I would. They probably shouldn’t call themselves an ER and I can’t believe no licensing board has shut them down
