The care staff and triage were great. My complaint and 1 star is for Nadeen Naseer Mansour. I went to the e.r. on the 22nd for heart palpitations after an incident on the 20th where I went to sparrow and had suspicions of a heart attack but they wrote it off as side effects of smoking weed...which had nothing to do with it as my original seizure was stress induced. Besides the point. I didnt smoke anymore weed the 2 days between that visit and the one here so no more drs could further invalidate my medical needs and Mansour ... read more

As a solo patient, the experience was very dangerous for me. Once you are checked in, no one checks on you or updates you at all. If your symptoms worsen like mine did, there is no one to know. Furthermore, they do not take the level of your pain seriously. You might as well just take Tylenol and motrin at home. Once you are back in the room, you are seen fairly quickly. If they determine your severe pain is "not an emergency", you will get sent home with no short term pain management plan, only with recommendations to conta... read more

I didn't go to ER I had exray of my knee done but it's very clean with kind technicians, very modern from ceilings to floor.

My son was seen in the ER by Dr Maha Fakherddine and I can’t say enough good things about her. Caring, thorough and empathetic. ER waits are expected and medical staff are often overloaded but everyone treated is well. And Dr Maha is a standout. We’re grateful for her care and going the extra mile.
