It took me years to heal from the trauma inflicted upon me by this office during my first pregnancy and miscarriage. Dr Shah and staff lacked compassion so deeply that I was not able to seek any of the follow up care that I desperately needed. I write this only to urge you to seek care absolutely anywhere but here.

I was a patient at this location for close to 20 years. I unfortunately had to leave over poor office management. Factors behind the decision: 1. No one would answer or return my calls. 2. My annual exam was canceled on by the office day of and could not be rescheduled for 6 weeks. I left that call in tears per point 1, I had lots of things I wanted to follow up on. 3. And probably the most important, I had an ultra sound with primary care and was told I needed to be seen by OB STAT, and they still could not make me a priori... read more

So I tried to call to confirm an appointment but the line is nothing but static. Can barely understand the line. I tried to call back since yesterday but it's still doing the same thing. Not sure what to do.
