I saw Nida Khalid on 09/30/2025 had some test done, I checked my patient portal chart to see my results, but never got a call or nothing was called into the pharmacy it is now 10/19/25 She refuse to send me to a specialist like she said she would. I waited well over 30 to 40 minutes for her to in the room her assistant was rude. I opened the door to see Khalid would need a urine sample, the lights was off and nobody in sight!! Dr.K is a wonderful Dr./person! She's comforted my daughter and I with everything throughout our care. She's gentle, and very clear about steps or what to expect for you procedure. I don't feel the same about the receptionists. They are rude, short on patience. If you can overlook them, Dr. K is worth it!
I love the people that are here. I have been treated like I was family every time I come by. I have been coming here for 2 yrs, the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. If I stop in with out an appointment, I have been given help / advice as if I had appointments. The online portal is also very helpful, I can send messages to and from my health care team. A special shout out to Do. H Werlinger for helping me get back on track with my health.
