Did not have my birth control in day of my appointment. They had the client go on the mad hunt for it to figure out it was not in the pharmacy. This place sucks!
Very unorganized & unprofessional, let me add I’m 4 weeks away from having surgery they failed to call or email me any information on my dr leaving their facility. They aren’t too concern to get me with a doctor either as they booked an appointment for my ob. Useless
Dr. Audrey Anderson is awesome at what she does she is awesome with showing you your records and explaining things to you if you don't understand something she is simply amazing I Am So Satisfied
I used to love this place; it was quick, in and out. The last three times I've made appointments they've screwed me. The first I was supposed to come back in four weeks to check up after surgery if there was a problem. There was, but I had to wait two months to get in. Second time, scheduled my annual pap, get here and they tell me I have to wait 8 days for my insurance to cover it so they reschedule me a month later.
