I had called multiple locations near Grand Blanc to get appointments for an MRI. I am new to the area. I dealt with a ton of rude receptionists, making calls for appointments. I spoke with Teri and she was absolutely amazing! Within a few minutes, she was able to get me scheduled. I really appreciate coming across people like this who are so very helpful. I was extremely frustrated this week in terms of getting an appointment and this literally was the first place that was able to get me in quickly.
They don't answer the phobe
We are so grateful for Terri, a staff member, who went above and beyond, to make my husband's CT scan happen in a seemingly impossible amount of time. This is a rare occurrence in a world where many people perform the least amount, or even less than that, of their job requirements. Thank you again Terri.
Receptionist was less than friendly. The rad tech Jaime was wonderful and knowledgeable. I worked in medical imaging for almost 40 years so I know how patients should be treated.
Seriously?? On social media and talking about a car accident and funny pictures, why are you even aloud to be on your phone while you are checking me in at the front desk? As your coworker is asking me about my medical background you are talking to her under your breath about what you’re looking at on social media - wth why? Made me feel very uncomfortable
