Recently, Came in with concerns of my health from an infection. They treated me like I was a drug addict.. It made me uncomfortable and I knew from that moment Nothing Care Wise was going to be established..

I went to Mcclaren ER with a swelled face, throat pain and a fever. They diagnosed me with an abscessed tooth and a sore throat. Next day went to St. Joe to the emergency room where they actually did bloodwork on me and discovered my white blood cells were critically low and I was on the verge of going sepsis! I will not be going back to the Mcclaren ER! I could have died.

I brought my son in here for something I thought was concerning. The check in staff was very sweet. Monica brought us back, was initially stand offish and felt judgemental but no issue at the beginning. The dr came in, told me she thought he looked fine and that she’d get me check out paperwork. Monica brought back that discharge papers and was very condescending, demeaning and just overall rude. She stated “well I have a kid, they just do that” without me even saying anything. Forgot about me in the room for hours while they all stood around and chatted at the nurses station. Didn’t check my breathing or my lungs or anything. Took a swab and forgot about me for hours. Not the first time - so it’s my own fault for coming back and giving them another chance. GO ANYWHERE ELSE but here. Save yourself the trouble of them taking your $ and not helping you.
