My most recent experience here was awful. My wife, who is currently nursing, was having trouble swallowing water and taking medicine. The nurse practitioner was incredibly rude to her. Instead of trying to help she kept arguing the semantics of why we were making an er visit. It sounded like she was accussing us of lying about why we were there. She also asked my wife "do you still have your tonsils?" and my wife shook her head no. After a minute she accused my wife of lying about the tonsils and said "I asked you if you had... read more

I've gone here twice in the past 10 years. I had to go in at 6am yesterday due to back pain, nothing serious or honestly "ER" necessary, but i was in serious pain. The front desk lady was real nice, the very nice short hair blonde nurse was awesome. No one made me feel like I shouldn't have been there because it wasn't a true emergency. (I work animal ER, so I get it) at the end of my visit, 2.5 hours later, I was pain free, had my RXs sent in and very happy with my choice to go here. We brought our 7 mo old to this emergency center last night with complications from the flu. We were in the back before I could finish checking in and they had started taking care of him right away! Everything was incredibly quick, including the doctor stepping in, and we were out in about an hour! The staff was phenomenal with our boy. From the front desk to all the nurses and doctor! We were so impressed! We will be recommending this place to our family and friends and will absolutely be back if/when needed!

Wish it was possible to give negative stars! Absolutely unacceptable experience. I brought my daughter to the emergency room for a horrible cough that i was concerned about and we were put in a room and completely ignored for over an hour without being seen. There was no one in the waiting room when we were there! When I finally asked how much longer it would be, I was told they were “extremely busy,” which made no sense we didn’t see anyone else and there was maybe a total of 6 cars in the parking lot including ours.
