Please do your homework before you choose Dr. Singla. When I was diagnosed with Stage III colorectal cancer right after a colonoscopy at Dignity Health by Dr. Massaro, he said Dr. Singla was the best. I was in shock, so I trusted Dr Singla was the best. Through our initial meeting he was abrasive but I was so desperate to have "the best" I tolerated his insensitive jokes & rude remarks. He said before my surgery, wow! You put on weight. What surgeon says that to a cancer patient? He also said in front of my husband in an app... read more

Linda the technician was VERY Rude today, dec 23 at 11 am. After Fasting 12 hours and getting ready to go, I was sitting in waiting area when Linda called the person after me , so i said " I was next" to which Linda replied "You don't have no appointment" in a very sassy manner. I said "I need an appointment?" which i was unaware of...Linda just ignored me. Overall RUDE ATTITUDE. ,, very unacceptable. So now I have to do my entire fasting routine another day , how frustrating. I am finding her manager and informing them ... read more

Went into the ER on Saturday 11-23-24. Signed in on-line got to hospital by 1350, was put in a room by a nurse around 1400. Sat in the room for over 2 hours and never seen a doctor or nurse. Ended up leaving without be treated. Wasn't good patient care at all.

I have been going to this clinic for 10 years. My doctor went on leave but assured me that I would be fine with my prescriptions until their return. However, Rite Aid closed, and the office informed me that they wouldn’t transfer any of my prescriptions, and no doctor there would see me. They referred me to two doctors in Clarkston, but when I called, I was told that neither would see me because they don’t write prescriptions. I contacted the office again regarding my doctor on leave, and I was told, “Too bad, we can’t help ... read more

I graduated as an RN decades ago, so the question? What happened to nursing and nursing care? I was discharged the morning they had the security attack, so discharged without any information on paper. Is this why I didn't get a review questionnaire? I was transferred from the Fenton ER to Flint. The questions and comments? 1. Why did it take three days to ask if I could have a gown? I wore the dress I came in for three days. (I had a nasogastric tube in and a lot of "junk on it," but...) 2. Why, at shift change, was it... read more

My 79 year old Mother recently moved to Fenton she has a history of severe constipation & often went to the ER at her last address for this same problem. Laxatives & Metamucil has never worked for her. The blockage has to be physically extracted. I called ahead of time explaining her problem, her history with this problem & how laxatives & fiber do not work. I asked them if a physical extraction was something they could do. They told me yes, even made a joke saying the doctor had small fingers. I sent my parents to the Fento... read more

With two ER visits in one week, we had exceptional care both times! Our daughter broke her arm and our son needed stitches. Both times we were there we were treated with compassion and respect.

McLaren has chosen to have all billing down downstate and getting a billing issue resolved has been a six month struggle. I don't believe it will ever be resolved and I will need to sue McLaren. I would strongly suggest that you consider other options in the area before using McLaren. Health care is stressful enough without the hassle of dealing with an unresponsive organization.

I have only written positive reviews for doctors in the past. Unfortunately, my experience at MaClaren Fenton Emergency Care was so disappointing I felt I had to write a review. The nurse or PA I encountered this morning was so unhelpful it left me speechless. I made an appointment and showed up on time. There were absolutely no other patients waiting and there did not appear to be any in the clinic. A quick visit with a doctor would have taken care of the matter in a few minutes. Instead, the rude nurse (or PA?) essentially... read more
