Wonderful staff!! Becky at the front desk was delightful and helpful as it was my first time in the building. I did not get the name of the fabulous woman who took me and performed my XRays, she was fantastic!! Patient, helpful, answered my questions and offered some helpful advice along the way. After a tough day with worrisome news they were both a breath of fresh air and calmed my spirits.
I arrived at noon for a 1:30 appointment as they called yesterday and said I needed bloodwork. I waited 40 minutes before learning I didn't actually need the bloodwork, even though I called before I came to tell them I was coming. Then, another 40 minutes to find out insurance didn't cover the test so I am getting a different test; one that requires me to be here an hour early for. Edited: I was helped by someone! Angelica possibly. I’m terrible with names. But she showed dedication and empathy. Can yall give her a raise and hire more like her. Possibly a holiday in her honor. First review : The person in scheduling canceled my appointment an hour before hand. When I called to ask why they said an issue with the order. Had a mri done on and been 2 weeks contacted the place that did the mri they said the doctor should have called me. They sent me the results but yea I dont understand them
Had a MRI on Wednesday. The MRI has still not been read by the following Thursday (8 days later) resulting a wasted trip the orthopedic surgeon and more than $25 out of pocket
