First review : The person in scheduling canceled my appointment an hour before hand. When I called to ask why they said an issue with the order. Had a mri done on and been 2 weeks contacted the place that did the mri they said the doctor should have called me. They sent me the results but yea I dont understand them
Had a MRI on Wednesday. The MRI has still not been read by the following Thursday (8 days later) resulting a wasted trip the orthopedic surgeon and more than $25 out of pocket
Extremely long wait for basic x-ray. Waited over 90 minutes with only one other person in front of me. Front desk staff were standoffish. If you can go somewhere else, you should.
Check-in is dumb. I waited 45 minutes just to get checked in. If you have to drink water 30 minutes before a test but they don't take you until an hour after your test, the test doesn't work. My favorite part was how they called everyone else (SEVEN PEOPLE) in first even though they arrived after me. Not to mention a simple ultrasound ordered by my dr with insurance was $500. They said the second test ordered wouldn't be covered by my insurance, and almost refused to give it to me. The tech was very short with me and aggress... read more
