McLaren Clarkston - Diagnostic Imaging

I'm dealing with the Central Scheduling team, who has been nothing short of wonderful, however they have been trying to get in touch with McLaren Clarkston Imagining to help schedule a STAT ultra sound. However, the Clarkston location is NOT answering their phone or calling central scheduling back. Incredibly frustrating.

I guess I’m lucky I was told the instructions over the phone beforehand because it seems like a lot of people didn’t get those. I was told to arrive an hour beforehand in order to drink the contrast prior to my CT scan. Becky who checked me in was great, very thorough in checking my paperwork. Matt the CT tech was fantastic, started my IV on the first try and explained the whole process very clearly. Just go to the emergency entrance because it seems they have moved.

Went in for a basic xray. Called ahead and they said I didn’t need an appointment it’s walk in, I get there at 5:00, didn’t get paperwork until 6:00. By 7:45 im still waiting with one person ahead of me. I left without my xray, 2 hours 45 minutes is outrageous especially when the imaging clinic closes at 6:30. I’m very patient and understanding but they said it could be another hour / hour and a half. Very sad they are that short staffed they can’t help their patients

I called to schedule my appt. the scheduling dept told me to wear comfortable clothes and no metal on my person, I needed current blood work and current medication, she would send me a email conformation which I never recieved.I scheduled a appt. for 4:45 Dec. 10, 2025 for a CT Scan. I arrived at 4:30 with my image order, current blood work and my medications. I read the horrible reviews before arriving and hoping it wasnt 2.8 out of 5 service but they held true to the reviews.
