Ive been waiting an hour and 25 minutes to pee in a cup. 2 people came in Behind me with the same paperwork and are both already gone. Another showed up-idk for what-an hour after i got here and got called too. Seriously, all i have to do is pee in a cup! Im about to pee all over their floor! Why the wait?! This is probably one of the most ridiculous medical facilities ive Ever been to.

I went to get a TB test results, they couldn’t find my folder for 10 minutes, when they finally found my folder they read the results out the lobby window so everybody could hear it.
Called about a week ago and asked if I could schedule a DOT physical, was told I could just walk in. So I walk in and get told I needed to make an appointment, the sorries I received were almost believable.
Waited almost 2 hrs for a drug screen when had been the 3rd person to walk in after open. Told was short staffed I think it is more slow staff than short staff. Get over using that as an excuse for poor patient care and customer service.
