Don’t come here for anything if you have any choice. Doctor Kovala has the worst bed side manners of any medical “professional” I’ve ever seen. Embarrasses you and treats you like you’re only there for attention while you’re feeling your worst. Visited: 8-19-25 I went in there for a lump on my neck. I’ve also had a headache for 6 days now and my eyes are swollen. Yesterday when I went it was day 5. The headaches not why I went in but I did mention it to them. They barely looked at me or gave me attention. The dr touched my lump and told me “he’s not arguing but he doesn’t feel anything”. They were quick to get me seen and most of the staff was friendly. I say most because the brown haired woman at the front desk definitely should not be working with the public if she’s going to act the way she acted towards me. Unfriendly, rude and acted as if I was infringing on her day by just being there. Other than that it was fine. If you need to go here in a pinch it works.
Went here with jaw pain doc told me I had mumps. I got vaccinated for mumps when I was a baby. Worst hospital in the county
TL,DR: McLaren Caro ER doctors prescribed my father (who has a heart condition) a medication that could have killed him, and didn't check his heart after a chest injury. Then treated us like idiots when we returned with heart attack symptoms and sent him home without confirming or ruling out a heart attack and proceeded to refuse to send paperwork to his cardiologist when requested.
