Went there at 3:30 and she was sitting watching TV. Waited 20 minutes finally got up and tried to open the door. She came told me to sit down and give her my order. She came back after walking around and told me to come back. She was very curt and I asked her if she had a problem with me. No answer. She was very rough with me. I will not go back to that place until they get someone different in there. Maybe they should just shut it down.
Says they open at 8. No one is ever there. Phone mailbox is full.
This place is terrible no one answers the phone and the mailbox is full so you cannot even leave a message. Waited for someone to show up yesterday. Circled back to the building many times throughout the day. No one was ever there to answer the door. Therefore, I did not get my blood drawn and was needed by the doctor by this week. That will not be happening now. They should shut this building down as no one is there to run it apparently.
In and out in 35minutes perfect and Abby was so nice
Sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes waiting to be "helped ASAP" according to their sign, only to learn from another patient in the waiting room that their system was down. No staff members left their area and opened the door after they saw me, we made eye contact, they never let me know that their system was down. They were just gonna let me sit in the waiting room all day.
