Make sure Kelly Krawczak is not working here. She's a medical assistant from this area throug mcclaren. She is rude and uncaring. She said anyone who needs medical help for weight loss is not important and needs to be quiet. They too busy for helping them. So if you have mutiple injuries and pain causes you to gain weight. Then you need a knee replacement but cant get surgery til you lose weight. So now you have more pain and limited physically. So you gained more weight and now have more medical issues. The staff was always friendly but it just seemed this place was never very thorough on checkups and giving you your test results. So if you are looking for a place that is going to do their best then you should probably look elsewhere.
I waited 2 months for my appointment just to arrive and have them tell me I couldn’t be seen that day. Then they expected me to reschedule my appointment just to wait another 2 months to be seen! They had my phone number on file and didn’t even bother to call me and tell me this, so I wasted gas and missed a day of work for nothing. Very careless staff. I will be finding somewhere new to go to. Absolutely ridiculous! Do not recommend.
