E.r ....horrible experience....took my significant other for severe chest pain and pressure. Mind you, this man hasn't so much as gone to a doctor since he's been 18, hes now 43. Hes one of those he just doesn't go..for anything!! HE wanted to go because of the pain and pressure. Been here 2 hours, still hasn't been talked to. Heard the doctor tell the nurse "its probably just anxiety. Hes not a top priority" 🤣🤦‍♀️🤣🤦‍♀️ this is the calmest soul you've ever met. He has never had anxiety. And how unprofessional at that

Doctor Kovala has the worst bed side manners of any medical “professional” I’ve ever seen. Embarrasses you and treats you like you’re only there for attention while you’re feeling your worst. After being told by my primary care to go to the ER if my symptoms get worse he treated me like crap. Doctor Kovala Stop picking up occasional shifts at other McLarens if you’re just going to be an evil person.

South entrance and emergency on same side- we used south entrance for 2nd floor procedure!! Friendly employees- nurses are willing to help...like this hospital better then saginaw's

Zero stars, what an absolute joke of an emergency room! Lady at the front was rude and not helpful at all! Oh and I was there for 6 hours before I walked out. Watched 10 people walk out before me so I guess that should have been the sign. I was there 6 hours and they didn’t call a single person the waiting room to go get a room. Will never ever ever come here again. Poorest run ER I’ve been to in my entire life. What a joke. Stay away like the plague!
