MCL is a beautiful bright light in the Shade Industry!!! I called Lowes originally for help when o e if the Shades I had purchased from them 2 + years ago malfunctioned and they told me the warranty had expired after 1 year but kindly gave me the information on the installer. I called them very hopefully I could pay them to repair the malfunctioning Shade. The lady in the office quickly advised me that would Not be happening and did not offer any suggestions!
