I took my car in to have Mckonlys Garage to look at my car. I told them that my transmission, headlights and taillights were broken. They said that they would diagnose my car. My assumption was that Mckonlys Garage was going to diagnose my transmission. I found out later that Mckonlys Garage diagnosed my entire car. They gave me an invoice stating what the recommended to fix. Which added up to around $6,000.00 I did not request this diagnosis of my car. They also test drove my car without my permission. When you scheduled the car for diagnosis you were told our diagnosis starts at $233 and we would let you know what we found.
