Very bad experience by the manager who understood and blamed grace who is new for making the mistake but understands why im upset and then threatened police after my phone died while speaking to forget her name and I called back because there was no options they were giving me ? Dr. Hannah was my late cat Bella’s veterinarian at another clinic, and when I learned she had moved to McKnight Veterinary Hospital, I knew I needed to follow her. The care and compassion she showed my nearly 16 year old cat carried through seamlessly to the care she now provides my 14 month old kitten, Nosy. Dr. Hannah is the best veterinarian I have ever had.
