Took my wife's car to have it diagnosed for her job they treated her like she was stupid and was greatly disrespectful to her they kept the car for 7 hours and didn't do anything to it stay away from this place
Amazing service! We had a flat on our trailer tire traveling to Illinois. There was a wait time but the employee behind the register took time to come and change the tire for us, so we could get back on the road!
Poor communication. Took 3 tires in to be recapped, got 2 back and months later were told the other couldn't be recapped. No other explanation and I know the tire wasn't in that bad of condition. Really feel like we were given a story. Can't prove that but we never got a call and we had to follow up a few times on it.
This place is by the worst mechanic shop in all of Missouri, do not take your vehicle here even if it’s a last resort. You. Be better off doing the work your self. I have a flawless running truck and I took my truck here for a brake booster that had a slight leak to it. in the process of replacing the part they made it to where my truck would not shift into gear at all anymore. If I could rate 20 stars I would! My wife was stranded in Jeff City, hours away from home. Even on a day they were short handed and we couldn’t get a tow truck to take the vehicle to the shop. They sent someone to air up her tire enough for her to make it there, then fixed it for her. She said they were incredibly helpful, and went out of their way to assist her so she could make it home.
