Came in today to order tires for one of our business work trucks. Caleb gave top notch, very efficient service.
I was not there as a customer but as contact services replacing a spindle on one of the customer vehicles. Every one of the staff that I interacted with was professional and kind. If United Axle Missouri service vehicles need tire work in Jefferson City MO, McKnight Tire & Auto will be our stop!
This company has a serious management issue. Only use them if you want to pay premium price for awful work. I questioned their workmanship after I would take all my company fleet and personal vehicles for oil changes and they wouldn’t put a sticker in the window or top off the windshield wiper fluid. I brought it to their attention because if they missed the small things, what are they missing on the repair side.
