The Great! Big THANK YOU to the guys at McKnight Tire! We bought a new set of Cooper tires a little over a year ago and we have slowly found out that 3 of the 4 were bad and the garage we bought them from wouldn't stand behind them. We had to buy 4 new tires today. McKnight got us right in and gave us a great deal. Thanks again guys! You saved my sanity today!
Poor customer service. Did not stand behind product. Didn't care to keep me as a customer. Purchased tires for 600 dollars a set and they started falling apart at 23000 miles . I researched them on the Internet and they were made in China. I should have been informed of this before I purchased them. They said there was nothing they could do . I said I would tell everyone I know about this and they said that they didn't care and to just go right ahead.
