Worse experience, they treat you like they are paying for your dental work. They book and communicate timings on the phone differently and on the message differently. Worse management, Mr Fakirani to hire some qualified and professional in the office who knows how to talk to patients and understand their needs.
If i can put zero star with this clinic i will. My co worker recommend this clinic to me as she told me is very good clinic so i let my husband to do it here after how many months i plan to transfer in this clinic as it near our place. I called them first if my insurance will cover everything as my husband is 100% covered and i am 80% percent covered in my own insurance. they talled me and assure me i will not pay anything so i desided to transfer on their clinic. i return to them for how many times and always ask them that ... read more
my co worker has very bad expirience to this clinic after informing her thats she dont need to pay anything for her appointment after 4 months all of a sudden they telling her she owe something with this clinic be carefull with this clinic they have very sweet conversation at first but after how many months they will just charge you money
Very accommodating and welcoming staff which always ensures a comfortable experience. Dentists are friendly and professional and provide excellent care with gentle approach. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality dental care.
Gotten 2 wisdom teeth pulled both at different times and the staff was phenomenal. I have very severe dental anxiety and both times they have been able to calm me down. They were very sweet and understanding
