This is my second attempt to write a review for this business, first time did not go through. We had our beige house carpets cleaned in September and Ken our usual contractor did a really nice job. After he left, one mysterious small stain spot was found on on carpet, I reported it, the next day Ken returned with spot cleaner and cleaned off the mark well. We have used McKnight Carpet & Furnace Cleaning in Canmore a couple of times. They have been accommodating, professional and best of all they do a great job! Highly recommend.
We had an excellent experience with Big Ben/McKnight Cleaning. They were timely, efficient and friendly. They did a great job and left without a trace. They saved our bacon with urgently fixing up our roof top (very clogged!) dryer vent too!
