Your lead controls service tech Michael thinks its great to make jokes about people losing their lives, just like how he just recently mocked someone in our community that literally just died. Sadder part is, is this person was from his own hometown. Really shows his character. Don't know about you, but I wouldn't trust someone who values life so little. Edit: he did apologize for his actions. I'll give him that much.
Technician did a great job! Unfortunately they didn't honor their quote, even after discussing it multiple times.

Secretary answer phone obviously hated her job , rude and unprofessional. Then the service "tech" doesn't know his job told me that the part failed but didn't offer any suggestions on how to fix it and then was sent a quote for well over three times the amount of what it should have ever cost by any other reputable company in town. I could have had my unit and the unit done and replaced completely with brand new parts for the amount of money they were charging to replace one small part had another company come out and they h... read more
