I was connected with Mike Schilling through a prospective contractor. Mr. Schilling is offended by telephone calls and he refuses to answer his telephone, and also to return important calls. Not only did he lose my business, I ended up not hiring the contractor, because he originally recommended this engineer. Wasted valuable time and money with this company. These guys will not answer phones or return emails. I requested a refund on my deposit and will be lucky if I ever see that. Stay away from these clowns

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Were my house plans nicely done = yes Were they detailed = yes Worth the frustration = no, find somebody else! Unfortunately, their lack of communication and responsiveness is unacceptable. When you call multiple times, several days, several times in one day and no one has the decency to call you back. Send an email, they won’t get back to you that way either.
