Can never talk to a service representative on the phone. Push the button for the service department and you get an operator who transfers you to a full mailbox or, if you can leave a message you don’t get a call back. Received a recall notice for airbags months ago but still no replacement and can’t talk to anyone to see if/when bags will be available.

I want to thank Jeff and Henry in the Toyota service department. I went to take the car I bought there a few months ago for an oil change and Jeff noticed an item was missed in the inspection before I bought it and he made an appointment to have it fixed free of charge. When i went back, Henry Nunn greeted me right when i pulled up. It took longer than planned but he was happy to get an accurate time estimate.
