Exceptionally rude. I am house sitting and was left instructions to call Justin who "is happy for you to call him direct if any problems arise". When the heating stopped working, I called Justin. His response was, and I quote; "That's good. I don't work Saturdays. Goodbye" He then hung up. Since I didn't get to respond, I just wanted to say. "Sorry mate, I guess I'll call you back Monday then. but I would totally feel comfortable doing that now...."
