Just had an amazing experience with the team from McKinnon Heating and Cooling. Kalo & Sam who have just install a split system in my home. They ticked all the boxes for me & even when above & beyond. If you want have a sense of satisfaction & to feel good, I highly recommend these people.

Contacted McKinnon to replace my old air conditioning unit based on a referral from a tradie who worked in this industry. The person who was to do the quotation did not want to turn up at the scheduled time, even their office called me to replace schedule earlier. Then they agreed with a new time. The person came and assessed and promised to turn over the quotation in a week. I checked after a week and was informed that they did not have time to do the quote or the work! Overheated pricing. Isolator switch for outdoor air-con condensor unit. Quoted $300 for the part + $275 for call out fee (it doesn't matter that I'm just down the road). I then find the switch is commonly sold for $15.00-30.00. So despite pleasant customer service, there's no actual respect for the customer if they are happy to make such fools of us.
