McKinnon Heating and Cooling have been looking after all of our heating and cooling needs for over 20 years and they are exceptional. Very happy with the service provided by Marcus and his team, from initial visit and quote through to installation. Lots of problem solving needed to be done on the day of installation and it all went really well and looks fine and works really well. Very happy customer.

Terrible experience with McKinnon Heating and Cooling. The warranty they give you on the unit and installation is a joke, don’t believe what they say. I was told any issues give us a call it’s still under warranty (3 years) we will come out. I was spoke to Nadine on the phone, who was extremely rude, unprofessional and was dismissive to the issue I was raising with the unit. She informed me they will charge $275 for a call out fee for first 15 minutes. Then determine if it’s an error by manufacturer or by their installation.... read more
