Totally butchered the install job. Walls had to be repainted as the so called installer caused damage. Empty promises throughout and even had the balls to say the job was completed when it clearly not upon inspecting with a tenant. The worst company I’ve dealt with. Nearly cost me a tenant moving out due to no heating / cooling. Took three weeks to rectify the install then to find out I’ve been sold a discontinued model of ac which I could have picked it out for 500 bucks less.
The best company to use with years of knowledge and experience. Their name is well known and highly recommended in the community. Excellent reverse cycle installation, (and I was shown what a bad installation looks like elsewhere). I’m really happy I went with this company. Highly recommend. Reputable company, reliable product. Happy customer.

I was very impressed with the entire process, from the advice and quote from Craig, through to the installation team who were on time, very friendly and very professional.
