This is the ninth Guido van Helten Mural I've documented on my journeys I started this quest since seeing the one in Salina and decided to get to all of them. This one was one of his best and the first one that was more "colourful"; he tends to be more monochromatic. The only problem was not with the mural itself but with city progress.
