I have to say I almost never give a review but this service at this location has been so horrible. I have been waiting on a recall repair for my RAM for over 4 months when they have told me again and again that it will take 6 weeks to get in. This recall is for a fuel pump and abs brakes two important parts of your vehicle. I have bounced to multiple service reps that have lost my ticket and tell me that I will get a call and never do.
