I had a couple of sessions with Naomi. She was great and very insightful, I felt as though I would finally address my trauma. Although it was very difficult for her or her office to get back to me regarding future appointments after being told they would be in touch. Eventually never heard back from them at all. This was disappointing. I would not have invested mine or her time and energy if I knew this would be the outcome. During my time there, I found the office to be understanding and deeply compassionate about the challenges that affect Indigenous peoples. Naomi has a unique ability to understand complex issues and guide both clients and therapists with clarity, empathy, and wisdom.
This practice has experience working with Children and Teens. Therapy for children and teenagers is difficult to find and the therapists utilize art and play therapy for youth who aren’t talkative or wish to experience a different way of learning about themselves and their relationships. What a great find!
