Today was my first day as a member. I thought this would be a safe and friendly place to workout and bring my kids. A man that apparently frequents the gym continued to harass me for most of my workout. Staff did not intervene and instead defended him by saying I should have shared the equipment I was on. Him and I were the only people there and he HAD to use the cable machine I was on and using. Used vending machines in the lobby, the machine dispensed from a selection I did not choose and was also empty. Talked to the reception desk and was told there a sticker saying use at your own risk and there’s nothing they can do about it. If they knew the machine is faulty remove it.
