Used vending machines in the lobby, the machine dispensed from a selection I did not choose and was also empty. Talked to the reception desk and was told there a sticker saying use at your own risk and there’s nothing they can do about it. If they knew the machine is faulty remove it.

I was hoping to become a member, however, this particular location is not a part of Silver & Fit Medicare. I did not feel a friendly welcome by the staff at the front desk. The view of the workout area from the front desk was not appealing and looked dark and small. After this experience, I would rather pay for a membership at the Apex Centre than seek another YMCA.
Just really enjoy the various classes held here. It's lots of fun and at same time I am benefitting from the healthy exercise!
