What a kick in the face from this place. My family has been going there for about 20 years. All of a sudden they decided to start charging $300 per person admin fee and they are going to stop taking insurance. They will provide a list of fees and charges and you will have to file your own insurance. Plus they will be out of network. My wife is due for her maintenance thyroid medication and hormone pellets. Don't go here unless you have an hour or two to waste. I agree with the other negative reviews. Unfortunately rudeness does not seem to be an infrequent attribute. I have been here several times. Each time is the same. Long wait. Unfriendly staff. One nurse is very personable but a doctor's office should offer lots more than that. We are currently looking for a new physician as we have never dealt with an office quite like this one and prefer not to. I recently went to Nuvage for botox. I was not happy with the results. The results did not compare with my other doctor that I used to visit before I moved here. Not sure if this botox was diluted with too much saline or not. I went back in to see the doctor. Not very friendly. He tried to charge me more money! He said maybe he didn't put in enough. I could still move the muscle. I've had botox before and I know what my face is suppose to look like. I would not recommend Nuvage.
Got the same receptionist, mentioned in the other review, who didn't use please when asking me to sign my receipt either. I think I only noticed it because I had just read the previous review. My problem was waiting from 10:15 until 11:50 to be done. I was called back within ten minutes, but then left in the examination room for almost 45 min. waiting to be seen.
