Great experience. The Root canal was much easier than I expected. Staff was friendly and made me feel comfortable. 5 stars!
I can’t express how caring and wondering this place is. The front desk staff is super sweet (Kelly and Katherine!). They worked with my schedule and billing process. I’ve seen Dr. Lloyd for treatment twice and each time has been wonderful. As a patient I was heard and never pushed into treatment. I’m also extremely anxious in the chair and Dr. Lloyd’s calm demeanor and professionalism made all the difference. My root canals were painless and pretty quick. Only root canal I’ve had where I didn’t feel any pain. Quick and painless, which is something you usually don’t associate with a root canal. 10 out of 10 (or 5 stars on Google…)
Dr. Clark is so professional and kind- I could have gone to two different dentists offices in town but made the drive to McKinney because of the excellent care his office provides.
I was referred to Dr. Clark from my general dentist- I scheduled with his office 5 days after being seen. On the day of my appointment Dr. Clark wanted to do a CBCT scan for $350- I was confused because I had just gotten this done and I was concerned about the amount of radiation in that 5 day time span. Unfortunately my dentist office did not provide me with the CBCT scan as they typically do when referring to a specialist (they had a temp person at the front desk and failed to give me the CD drive with the scans).
