Had a previous crown from another dentist come off flossing over the weekend. I was able to quickly schedule a next day emergency appointment to get it checked out at a convenient and early time for me. The doctor was very gentle, knowledgeable and explained everything before the procedure, during, and afterwards. The front office receptionist, though was supposedly very new I guess, and it took unusually long time to check out.
I must say it was a disappoint my Dentist was going to school to be an oral surgeon. She left me unfinished I was also told things that did not match up with the new dentist Dr Frank. But at nearly 81 I did not need this experience. Then it came out that Dr Frank was not in network and that Cigna had denied the claim 2X. The assistant at Cigna this was the first time she’d seen such and would not want such
So many dentist in this area, should have looked at the reviews before I considered this one! If you want to be treated like a person, this is NOT the office for you!
