The Tech has no sympathy nor will she work on you if you state you want this she wants that I’m the patient living with uncomfortable situation, but I was told to find a new dentist and she threw my partial in my hand. The dentist finally came out when the door was slammed. If you want a Tech to listen and help fix the problem don’t go see Gabby at Dr McKinney on Merrill Rd.
Dr. Mckinney office, the staff, very clean environmental, welcoming office. Everyone is concern about your well-being, Pamela My hygienist is patience, caring and very friendly... I ❤ my dentist office
The hygienist, Michelle, did an excellent job. I had a periodontal cleaning, and she was sure to clarify clean my wide spaces between my teeth. She worked on getting some things off of my teeth, and was very friendly. She did a great job.
McKimney team has always been good. Front desk/checkin person is amazing and is the reason we selected MiKinney a few years ago. She is the face of the practice. The dental hygienist is good. I do feel that Doc MiKinney could spend more than 29 seconds on his exam. I guess I am a boring patient, but not sure you can examine anyone in 29 seconds.
Dr McKinney is the best! The staff is Awesome.
