Terrible communication. The only time I had someone reach out or provide any follow-up was when they asked for a survey response.
Started having my pre-owned vehicle (2020 GMC Canyon) serviced by the service department at McKinney GMC They were little a higher price, but made the decision to stay with them and was satisfied with their service. There was a pulsating transmission, which the techs took care of by flushing the transmission fluid that was known for breaking down and causing this issue.
