It's hard to see negative and 1 star review for this service center. Ive been going here for all most a decade and have received exceptional service everytime!! I might recommend McKinney Buick GMC service dept. Keep up the good work!!
Have over 8 years coming to this place for my car maintenance, and I never encountered any issues at all. Brycen was my Service Advisor, he was so professional and polite, all staff have been great to me.
Brycen in the service department is top notch. I have had a few small warranty covered issues completed here. Each time I have worked directly with him. He is honest, timely, professional, and knows how to deliver on his word. Thank you, Brycen!
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership service department. I truly regret ever bringing my vehicle here. The lack of communication was beyond frustrating. I had to constantly call just to get a simple status update on my vehicle, and getting in touch with my service advisor was nearly impossible.
