I tried this because it was recommended for tourists. I have ridden the trolley in San Fran and loved it. I was hoping it would be charming. But, this is essentially a VERY BAD public bus. The A/C didn't work. It was crowded and there were screaming kids. My legs stuck to the seats due the amount of sweating. The trolley broke down about 1 mile into my ride, and a maintenance person had to come. I ended up getting off of the Trolley and ordering a Waymo.
Couldn't find it, no one knew either.
Nice experience for the whole family for a tour of Dallas in a leisurely pace. Friendly and helpful drivers and conductors. The teams don't arrive on time as this depends on the city traffic. But it is worth the wait...
