I was moving and I went into this place and I was helped by Jennifer. She was very helpful and helped me pick a storage to fit my household stuff. The equipment is great and very helpful. it’s clean. It’s nice and my stuff was very safe there. I appreciate everything they did for me and I would definitely recommend this storage place . I would get another storage with them. Everything is easy and clean. 10/10 loved this place

Had kind of an odd move where I had to facilitate the use of a POD while I was abroad to move all of my family's US-bound belongings from one storage facility in another state to this one. PODS was difficult to manage and give direction to, but McKinley was as understanding and accommodating of my situation as I could hope for. They even allowed a family member of mine to change the unit size on move-in day (I e-signed) as they moved stuff in from the POD. Thank you McKinley for making this very stressful move a little easie... read more
