Good community and people. Property manager is not proactive in resolving the real root issues throughout the neighborhood. Also, propert manager is very unprofessional and disconnected from member base and understanding customer service. Board is solid. Overgrown and over planted. And decisions to put trees next to foundations. Makes no sense. Landscapers dont trim and pull weeds on a regular basis.
This is one of my favorite’ villages in Sacramento! It has such a community feeling, and is built around a park.
