I was visiting the area and had a problem my tonneau cover, Walmart recommended I try McKinley. It turned out to be a simple fix, but I did not know that and I couldn’t travel safely the way it was. The gentleman at McKinley so kindly fixed it for me so I could be on my way safely. I would highly recommend them as a helpful, honest and friendly business.
Outstanding company, kind and professional people. We blew a tire on a road trip and they prioritized us, picked us up from Hotel. Very beautiful experience. Manager Brian and Jonathan Jones were incredibly kind and lovely to deal with.
The employees at the front desk are rude and dismissive. It's like they could care less if they have your bussiness or not. Not recommended unless you are desperate.
I just purchased a full set of tires for my grandson's vehicle, and McKinley Tire went above and beyond to take care of us - especially Brian Cater! I will be back for any future needs - and I highly recommend this shop to one and all - based on a job well done!!!
