Brian was very helpful. Had a tire light come on 30 minutes before they close and he was able to check me out. Will be back
Traveling through to Georgia needed trailer tires. Called ahead made sure they had what we needed. Waited over an hour and they never came out to inform us on anything. We left not very good customer service. Sad now days business don’t have any customer service skills or the urge to do better.
When I first came in to see if they could get me in the man at the front said he could squeeze me in. I said okay how much he said $75 plus tax and I said okay I handed him my keys. he said are you staying to wait or your leaving I said I’ll be staying to wait then sat for like 10 to 15 mins I told the same man at the front that I was gone step out and leave for a second he said okay if you leave and someone comes they’ll be put in front of me. Got my vehicle there around lunch so I was not sure if they could work me in for 2 tire mounts and a balance. Called that morning and was told about 15 pple ahead of me and it was first come. I waited close to 5 to check back in since I hadn't heard anything from them. I had left the car with them, and as I was pulling up my car was pulling out of the bin going for a test run. They did manage to get my car finsihed by closing and i was very pleased with the price. Not too expensive.
