We (unfortunately for us) have had Ron for repairs and/or replacement way too much for different reasons and we just love the guy. I would recommend him to my mother-in-law, he's that responsible. He owns this business and does the work himself so you can rest assured that he has motivation to do it right the first time. Review written on 9/2/22
Ron came out the next day (Saturday) to look at my water heater and came out Monday to install a new one.
