Snow removal is horrible. ive seen them at our complex a hand full of times this winter. The snow is never plowed sidewalks are shoveled by the residents. I guess we pay a fee in our rent for there service. Im not sure why when we end up doing all the snow removal ourselves.
Do not recommend. Employees trashed my lawn and garden and refused to correct the situation. Employees are careless and aren't professional enough to be called landscapers. If I could rate them 0 stars, I absolutely would. Will be spending the extra money for expert landscapers not cheap trash. They've even ruined my neighbour's property. This company is lucky they haven't run out of business
Employees are disrespectful to personal belongings, I've had damaged fencing, damaged plants, bbq cover and I had to replace my solar lights. I've called to complain and it was basically brushed off by Tom who apparently is the owner. No offer to make it right, no apology...he was supposed to come out and see the famage and he never showed. He clearly does not care about it. I would not recommend this company for anything.
