Very happy with Dr. McKinley and the entire Staff. The unfortunate part is that I had to visit multiple times during 2024. Due to the number of visits, I am pretty sure that I met every staff member. Everyone is pleasant, they explain the process to be performed, and always ensure that I am not feeling any discomfort. My next visit is within a few weeks. Schedule an appointment, you will not be disappointed.
Was very happy with the way Dr McKinley took care of my wife who needed some extensive dental work. He and his staff are all very compassionate and helpful from his receptionist to the nursing staff. He has been our dentist for the last few years since the retirement of our family dentist who we had for over 25 years as a long time Hilton Head Island I would highly recommend his practice for your dental needs
Bad experience with this dentist. He was trying to be cutesy with the hygienist distracting her while she sprayed water all over my face. Then he shoved into my mouth without even introducing himself. I felt like I hardly existed in the room.
I have been a patient of Dr. Grant McKinley for a little over 2 years. After having a Dentist on Hilton Head for 3 decades he retired and I was forced to find a new dentist. That did not go well at all until I met Dr. McKinley . By then, I was in dire need of a caring , competent dentist who could save my dental health (not hyperbole ) . Wow! I have major anxiety around dental work and Dr. McKinley and his staff made me feel so comfortable. He helped calm my fears and made me feel SO much better . Came up with a good game plan for treatment and I left feeling so much less stressed! I would recommend to anyone who has any sort of dental anxiety to give this practice a try. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
