The owners are very nice to deal with will help you out the best they can and go out of their way for you their selection of flooring is very very good and there employees that install the flooring or very friendly courteous and down to earth and if they think something is not right installing it they will have questions if it's okay to do it this way or that way and I would recommend their business to anyone that is installing flooring very well please and very very happy but they have done

We bought a new home and had McKinley install all of our carpet. They were great to work with. Very friendly and helpful at the store and the men that came to install did an amazing job. The padding and carpet are very good quality. Highly recommend.
Stopped in to see about having my bathroom remodeled. Was told that anything I wanted done would cost me $25k from a new shower to a complete remodel would start at $25k. Clearly they didn't want to do the job and just threw a number at me to either scare or discourage me. Asked no questions about the job just told me $25k when I asked anything.
