Absolutely awful place to keep your loved ones, they just do not care about patients at all. Just a money hungry company who couldn’t care less about how your loved ones are treated or taken care of, won’t give them medication they are required to take. Won’t do basic care needs for patients that cannot take care of themselves like showering, cutting toenails. Will just throw them in a room with nothing to do all day and give them a cold sandwich. Place needs shut down, the staff is absolutely useless. They neglect patients, let mental patients just leave the facility in the middle of winter and freeze outside without letting anyone know. Just a matter of time before they kill someone’s loved one. The place is also absolutely disgusting, everywhere smells like pee. Maybe if the staff would get up from their chairs and actually work this place wouldn’t be such a hazard of a place to have your family.
This is the by far the worst assisted living facility in the state of Alaska. Staff is beyond lazy. They let patients with mental disabilities run around with no supervision. If you have any family members there, please attempt to get them out as soon as possible. The staff there is beyond useless
