This facility literally ignored my brothers cries for help, he pounded on the wall for 8 HOURS trying to get someone. ANYONE to come help him because he was stuck between the beed and wall. They failed to bring pain meds, not are where those meds went. the food portions were literally enough to feed a toddler, not a full-grown adult. Because my brother was left stuck in between the bed and wall, and then left for another week, after I complained, my brother had a tele health appointment with his surgeon. There are serious professionalism issues among staff. I witnessed inappropriate behavior involving the employees Shella C Santiago, including relationships with residents’ family members, smoking marijuana during work hours, and ongoing workplace drama with unprofessional, disruptive behavior. There have also been social media incidents that have gone viral with the employees.
