I have been dealing with Mckimm's Real Estate for many years. They have given always given me Awesome service in both selling and buying property. When you rent a house, don't be afraid if you say you can rent the house without electricity bill, water bill, lawn mowing, all of that will have to be paid gradually, that's Mckimms. Sorry I was a bit busy. I can’t reply to you ?? According to the contractor there was no money for water bill, after one year you started sending water bill in neutral, can you tell us about that?
