We just wanted to take a few minutes to share our experience with the excellent folks at McKie (soon to be Ottawa Valley Leisurescapes). Sadly we lost our pool after this past winter due to ice damage. After consulting with Kristian and receiving his advice and quote we decided to have the pool replaced by them. McKie pools are a complete joke!! Buy hot tub and pool from them and nothing but problems.
Kelley McKie does not care about customer service. Every service to date has been nickel and dimed with thousands in hidden fees and charges. I would not recommend McKie pools and spas or their new name leisurescapes.
