McKie pools are a complete joke!! Buy hot tub and pool from them and nothing but problems.
Kelley McKie does not care about customer service. Every service to date has been nickel and dimed with thousands in hidden fees and charges. I would not recommend McKie pools and spas or their new name leisurescapes.

Purchased my hot tub just before Christmas. They worked with my busy schedule and had it delivered and set up just as I asked. The hot tub has met and exceeded all our expectations. Although I have had a couple of small issues (nothing that stopped us from using the tub) they have answered and responded to all my concerns promptly and without any hassle.
