We bought a new Hydropool hot tub from OVL in 2025, and thus far we've been delighted both with the tub and the service. We've gotten good (and free) advice, and even an early on-site service call when I had a little hiccup that solved things quickly. A hot tub is a big investment (both up front and in ongoing maintenance), but it has also been a daily source of joy. No regrets.
We just wanted to take a few minutes to share our experience with the excellent folks at McKie (soon to be Ottawa Valley Leisurescapes). Sadly we lost our pool after this past winter due to ice damage. After consulting with Kristian and receiving his advice and quote we decided to have the pool replaced by them.
