We installed our own pool, but came across a couple issues while plumbing it, Tamara and the guys, (I believe Kristian and Derek?) were absolutely amazing, not only did they talk me through everything, but helped find the right pieces I needed, did my water test and explained everything!! In a time where customer service is lacking, this place has it in spades!!!! I would highly recommend Ottawa Valley Leisure Scapes! Congratulations on the completed turn over of the business, you guys rock!!
Picked up some free pallets from them, staff where cool and the tubs looked like high quality, if I am ever in the market for jets then will definatly go to them!
The absolute best service and most helpful staff when it comes to pools and hot tubs. They treat their customers with respect and patience and have been vital to my backyard maintenance!
I think our hot tub deserves employee of the month. We’ve had our hot tub from Ottawa Valley Leisure Scapes for two years, and it has been an absolute champion. I have fibromyalgia and use it for hydrotherapy for about two hours every single day, so this thing has seen more action than most backyard pools. They are always available to help at any time moment’s notice. I have been dealing with them for 6 years now and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
