Made an appointment weeks in advance to have a recall blower looked at when it didn’t work following a replacement. Was on time and they quickly got me settled into service and I was able to watch the entire process through the observation window. I had fabulous treatment while having my 2018 Taurus SHO new key fob programed. On my way to have this done, I had a notification that my tire slime needed service. So, instead of saying you need reschedule for another day. Ryan, Service Rep and Benett, Mechanic took it upon themselves to fix during this appointment. I can't thank them enough!!
