Shortly after I looked at an Escape online Dean Labor contacted me via text. I was still researching but as I became more interested in the Escape, I texted Dean and asked him if there were any Escapes with Apple car Play and integrated navigation. He came up with a very nicely equipped Escape with just what I wanted. Bought a car here as my first car, and I’ve had no experience coming into this but trusted they would sell me a decent car at least and let me know about any major problems. But I was wrong, even though the car was sold as is and it had high mileage, I didn’t think the car would be break down not even a week after having it. Everything on the car was bad engine wise. Rimon Dorian was the greatest. We enjoyed working with him. He explained things very well. As usual there was a surprise, we did not realize in that we were told we could get $2000.00 off the vehicle and that turned out not to be the case as we used Ford financing. Yes it was a lower interest rate but felt we should have gotten both. One of the many reasons I do not like buying a car. Mr. Labor was very helpful with the financing part. He explained the warranty very well which I appreciated. All in all, we really like McKie.... read more
