John, Steven, and their amazing team of technicians did a great job of helping me. Not only was the repair completed properly and efficiently but communication was fluid and up-to-date throughout the entire repair process. McKie doesn't want your business. I have called the service manager two times in the past two weeks and never heard back. I was going to call the GM and speak with him or her, but I thought, "What's the use?" Clearly, McKie service does not care so why should I buy my next vehicle from them? My wife loves my truck, but now we are looking at GMC just to not do business with McKie. So, they lost a sale and future sales with my whole family.
This is our fourth vehicle from McKie Ford. That should say enough. Ask for Tanner! He’s one of the best salesman!
