Not a Ford dealership but a local dealership that sell Ford products. They're full of themselves and will tell you flat-out how they are not Ford and will not try for warranty or even offer to help you get Ford products or service them.
If l could go back and change one thing it would be including my sales tax in my loan. It’s my fault. If you want excellent sales and customer service you’re at the right place! I was on vacation seen a truck l liked on the lot. They were closed, stayed an extra night went the next day to look inside the truck. I decided to buy it.
