They will raise your rent every year. They changed management names twice while I lived there as well to avoid continuing legal issues. There is no certificate of occupancy on file that’s valid for the building. Google it and see they applied in 2019 and were denied. All rent here should technically be free. They added over 10 units and were not approved. Hence the sewage! Not to mention the added showers and bathrooms to go along with splitting up the spaces. Some units have 10 bedrooms crammed in. Been living here for 6 months now. The management is way overcharging me for a 1br and does not fix issues like mice and broken building laundry

What was once headquarters for Brooklyn party mayhem has now become a practically bucolic middle-aged reservoir of maturing hipsters; gone are the multi-lofted spaces with their half-dozen rooms per place; replaced with studios and one-bedrooms at a price new to New York GenZers would be unlikely to appreciate.
