Took my fiat ev to get the computer updated because they called me about the recall and to find out it was already updated by them. Darrell Grans “service advisor” kept advising for me to get an oil change knowing my car was electric and electric cars don’t need oil changes and it was like $100+ he could of got from me! scam maybe?. I told him I needed my brakes done and he said they’ll charge me to check my old brake pads. So I rather do it myself then. Great normal human service. No sleeziness. David B and John were great to work with.
I am very disappointed in the service this dealership provides. I would discourage anyone from going there. Things that prompted this review: Service department closed for 4 days over the thanksgiving holiday (unusual at most dealerships) Extremely poor customer service by a certain service advisor, namely being accused of neglecting maintenance even though the vehicle was brought in to the dealership the same day as said maintenance was prompted by the vehicle. They pulled the bait and switch, for 2 hours and we ended up walking away!
This is worst possible service I can imagine. You will have a bad ending if you make any relationship with this place
They don't care about customers after the purchase for sure. Really crappy customer service. Wish I could rate 0 star.
Was promised that the service dept would take care of me when I bought my Fiat. 2 years later, I have not had a good experience with the service dept. 4 hour oil changes. Appt at 830, at 1030 they still have not looked at my car. Excuse they gave me was that on Saturdays they have a skeleton crew. Well, whose fault is that? Not mine. Maybe they should have more people working on the one day of the week that most people have off and they are open.
