Two stop delivery in Phoenix this morning. 1st stop - 4 pallets to Amerisource Bergen. Took 10 min in the dock - no lumper fee. 2nd stop here at McKesson. Only 7 pallets Check in at 0640 for 0700-1000 appt. Put in a dock right away. 0940 finally done. 2 drivers that got here 1 and 1.5 hours after me gone before me $421 lumper fee for this. Absolutely ridiculous on every aspect
Fast and didn't mess my order up.
Clean place. Please paint your docking lines. It is hard for tractors to back in.
$484 lumper fee for 6 pallets, and it wasn't even sent to me via text, just a sloppily written note, with the wrong tractor number on it? Get it together.
I'm starting to think this place only hires a certain race of people
